Check-in:  Rooms are available from 11 a.m.  onwards (although cases can be left earlier) Guests must arrive no later than 7.30 p.m. unless the hotel has been notified in advance of late arrival.
Check-out: Rooms must be freed no later than 10 a.m on final departure.

The reservation is binding as soon as the down payment has been booked by the bank or we have the data of your creditcard. (The amount of the down payment depends on the length of stay: 30% for a stay of at least a week, 50% for a stay of 3-7 days, and 100% for a stay of up to 3 days.) As soon as your reservation is binding, you will be sent the confirmation by fax or email with the modalities of the check in.
The down payment must be booked at our bank at least 30 days before your arrival. In the case of cancellation we will retain the down payment, unless the guest has informed the directors at least 7 days before intended arrival.
In the case of a late arrival the guest will pay 30% of the costs of these days and in the case of later departure the price of the actual length of stay.
